I wear gaudy jewelery, big boots, and too much perfume.
I will only accept compliments if they’re for my hair, or teeth.
I don’t think many people are worth my time.
But the people I do make time for are live savers.

I believe in fate, and in hope.
Although it’s not psychically there, I know I hold a fragile family in my bones.
